Dr. Sarai Koo is a well-­‐rounded executive coach, transformative leader, facilitator, culture change engineer, transformative speaker, author, and behavior change specialist who has the acumen to solve deep-­‐seated human problems. She has more than 18 years of leadership experience, working in talent development, leadership, education, community building, diversity/inclusion, culture change, health/wellness, program development/evaluation, for-­‐profit/non-­‐profit management, and mentorship.


Sarai is the CEO and Founder of MAPS 4 College, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps students develop necessary competencies to graduate from high school, succeed in college, excel professionally, and live a life with character and excellence. In 2014, the organization was chosen as the best service organization out of 28 cities.


Dr. Koo is the CEO and Founder of Project SPICES—a coaching, consultancy, and speaking firm. Sarai delivers leadership, organizational, behavioral change, and workforce transformation services, training, and presentations across various iindustries. She uses her SPICES Paradigm™, a process-­‐ oriented, decision-­‐making approach to help develop diverse people to become productive; assist workforce personnel to explore their respective strengths, recognize and maintain positive relationships and work-­‐life balance; become aware of and release hindering behavior, and design a life plan that fulfills their potential. She provides proprietary programs and services for people and companies through coaching, consulting, training, and speaking engagements.


Sarai coaches, mentors, consults, and advises global leaders, such as Ambassadors, government leaders, presidents, CEOs, educators, and iindividuals worldwide. She is a published author, speaker, and lecturer to various universities, companies, nonprofit organizations, non-governmental associations, schools, and governmental agencies (CIA, ODNI, State, etc.). In 2011, Dr. Koo was chosen as one of the top 25 Korean-­‐American community leaders under 40 nationwide.

In 2019, Dr. Koo was specifically chosen as the lead organizational change expert to provide tangible vertical and horizontal strategies to transform organizational culture for more than 40 Federal Executive Agencies. In 2020, the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Insider Threat Task Force nominated me for the National Intelligence Community Award (NICA).

The coaching program includes one free hour for a 'get to know you' session and 10 sessions.
